4. Project Delivery

- Delays in client responses may affect project timelines

5. Payment Terms

- Remaining payment upon project completion

- Late payments may incur additional charges
6. Client Responsibilities

- Maintaining their own backups of content
7. Limitation of Liability
Cosmo Suite's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or data
- Third-party service disruptions
- Force majeure events
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute:
- Parties will attempt to resolve issues through good-faith negotiations
- Mediation may be used if direct negotiation fails
- Arbitration will be the final method of resolution
- Governing law will be the laws of Maharashtra, India
9. Service Level Agreement
Our service level commitments include:
- 99.9% uptime guarantee for hosted services
- 24-hour response time for critical issues
- Weekly backups and security updates
- Monthly performance reports
